Both were amazing tours - especially the castle tour. We spent far more time there than expected as there was so much to see and learn. If you like history and plan a visit I suggest you plan for 3 - 4 hours at the castle at least.

They didn’t let us in because there was something wrong with the QR code on the ticket. We had no issue with the tiqet QR code for Edinburgh castle (we bought the combo pack), but we couldn’t get...
They didn’t let us in because there was something wrong with the QR code on the ticket. We had no issue with the tiqet QR code for Edinburgh castle (we bought the combo pack), but we couldn’t get in to Palace of Hollyrood. That was disappointing and I likely won’t use Tiquets again.
