Our Tour Guide Lars did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and communicated with everyone in their language so well which made the tour even more pleasant. The drive, commentary and professionalism was great. Really enjoyed the tour.

This was a lovely day trip from a very rainy Zurich to the Alps where we had plenty of classic Swiss snow-capped mountain scenery. A cable car took us to the summit of Mount First where there were beautiful views and excellent, safe walks through the white landscape. The mountain-top restaurant is excellent with a menu to suit anyone.
The driver was excellent but we found the guide a little flaky, bossy and occasionally inaudible. There was no prior notice of the additional payments we had to make for the cable car and the guide took so long to collect these that we had to hang around in a Grindelwald car park with no toilet for about 40 minutes until the group could move on. This was a waste of time and left many of us restless and grumpy. This could be better managed.
Otherwise, a very nice excursion - just needs tightening up around the edges.
