Explore this special place at your own pace, enjoy the official audio guide, search the passenger records for family names, or pause for a quick bite to eat at the popular cafeteria, but you are free to return with your guide if you wish.
  • Show your smartphone ticket to the tour guide at the meeting point: 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY 10004 In front of the National Museum of the American Indian at the bottom of the Statue with the Sphinx and Lion (when you are facing the museum entrance, it's the last statue on the right); Guide will be waiting for you holding a "Walks" tour sign
  • Make sure to be there at least 15 minutes prior to your selected departure time. No refunds or reschedules can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure
  • The tour ends on Ellis Island. You can stay there and return on your own, or take the ferry back to Battery Park with your guide
