Getting there:
- By foot: About 45 minutes walking from the center of Sintra
- Bus: Scotturb Line 434 (Pena circuit) from Sintra Train Station
- Train from Lisbon (Estação do Oriente, Estação do Rossio, or Estação de Entrecampos)
- Please note that the venue is not reachable by car
Transfer services:
- There is a paid transfer service available bringing guests from the park entrance to the palace. The service runs every 15 minutes and is wheelchair accessible
- There's a free hop-on hop-off transfer service available between the Palace and the Chalet of the Countess of Edla. Simply show your entrance ticket and hop on!

The guides were EXCELLENT! Very informative and fun. What was not overly great was the confusion about where to meet the guides- the initial information gave the address as #5 and the follow up...

What was not overly great was the confusion about where to meet the guides- the initial information gave the address as #5 and the follow up email gave #9. It really should just say “ meet at the main entrance to the palace which is at the top of the hill”- that would avoid any confusion

Terrible
Wildfire closed the area so I wasn't able to use the tickets. The email notifying me that the tickets would not be usable did not come with a way to get a refund.
