Standing at 82 meters tall, Kouri Ocean Tower – located on Kouri Island – offers guests uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean's myriad colors.
The tower is also home to the Shell Museum, and two restaurants: the Ocean Cafe, which makes Neapolitan-style pizza, and Restaurant Island Blue. To get to the tower you'll have to ride a winding path in an automatic golf cart, which is all part of the fun.
Taiwan's Yehliu Geopark is known for its stunning rock formations of various shapes. They are caused by thousands of years of erosion. Many of these rocks have descriptive names such as 'Queen's Head' and 'Fairy's Shoe'. The park is also known to be a great place for seabird spotting.
Taipei 101 is a skyscraper in Taipei, Taiwan. It was once the tallest building on Earth, and plays host to the country's main New Year's Eve fireworks celebration. The public can access the top of the tower, known as Taipei 101 Observatory, for panoramic views of the city.
