Comme déjà dit, un gros loupé pour le musée du Prado puisqu'il a fallu que l'on repaire l'entrée : eu lieu de payer 60 euros pour 5, visite guidée comprise, nous avons payé 231 euros.... Reina...

Les qr codes que nous avions ne nous permettaient pas de rentrer au musée du Prado. Après avoir payé 171 euros nos places, y compris pour les enfants, alors que le musée les fait gratuit jusqu' à...
Les qr codes que nous avions ne nous permettaient pas de rentrer au musée du Prado. Après avoir payé 171 euros nos places, y compris pour les enfants, alors que le musée les fait gratuit jusqu' à 12 ans. Il a fallu que nous repayions 60 euros pour pouvoir faire les visites. Madrid city Tour Madrid, le lieu de rdv pour convertir nos tickets, ne pouvait pas gérer notre situation et ne comprenait rien à notre histoire et convertir les tickets ! Nous avons clairement le sentiment de nous être faits avoir en ayant payé au bout du compte plus 3 fois nos places. Quel document doit on remplir pour nous faire rembourser ?
