  • Your ticket remains valid on the day of reservation under the same waiting conditions as visitors without a time-stamped ticket
Palais Garnier: Self-Guided Tour
  • Open to visitors from 10:00am to 4:00pm (10:00am to 5:00pm from mid-July to end of August) unless there are exceptional closures. The building closes at 5pm (6pm from mid-July to end of August. Visitors agree to respect the visiting regulations of the Opéra de Paris

The Musee d'Orsay is lovely and well worth a visit. I spent almost 3 hours there. It seemed a little busy but there were enough rooms and areas to explore that I didn't feel crowded. The more well...
The Musee d'Orsay is lovely and well worth a visit. I spent almost 3 hours there. It seemed a little busy but there were enough rooms and areas to explore that I didn't feel crowded. The more well known art pieces, which can be found on the 5th level, are obviously going to draw more people to them. The Opera Garnier is gorgeous! I highly suggest going early. I arrived a little before 10 to join the queue. I was in the first group of people to enter so I was able to quickly get some photos with little to no other people in them. I spent a full hour doing my own self guided tour. I would love to go back some day for an after hours tour and maybsee more behind the scenes things.
