Although we were disappointed because only the first level of cable car was operating due to weather conditions, Renata our guide was lovely and helped us enjoy the rest of the day. Very knowledgeable and well spoken, she kept us entertained during the trip.

Overall good. One negative was not accurate communication about "ticket". QR code was a valid ticket but in email communication it was mentioned that we have to exchange it for paper ticket....
Overall good. One negative was not accurate communication about "ticket". QR code was a valid ticket but in email communication it was mentioned that we have to exchange it for paper ticket. This costed us 45 minutes due to long queue.

It was bad, due to bad weather we couldn’t go to the top, so little disappointment, as there is no refund also for the extra money paid for Rotair, ice cave and Ice flyer, but definitely recommend...
