Terrible
I was not able to use my ticket and had to buy a new ticket direct from the museum. The museum said they had advised tiqets of a change in their process and that we should have been sent tickets...
I was not able to use my ticket and had to buy a new ticket direct from the museum. The museum said they had advised tiqets of a change in their process and that we should have been sent tickets rather than a voucher. Disappointed! Wasted money.

Excellent
Managed to get same day tickets and entry slightly early. We did need to still go to the office to get a physical ticket on entry

Excellent
This under rated attraction is on par with Uffizi and definitely worth a visit. Opulent palace and beautiful gardens. Vouchers are easy to exchange at the ticket office
