Für die Deutsche Tour... Wir haben für das Geld mehr erwartet. Die Motivation hielt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Il 30 luglio ho prenotato un'escursione guidata a Matera in tedesco per due persone a 35€ a persona, addebitate sulla mia carta di credito (70€). Subito dopo mi è arrivata un'email con...
Il 30 luglio ho prenotato un'escursione guidata a Matera in tedesco per due persone a 35€ a persona, addebitate sulla mia carta di credito (70€). Subito dopo mi è arrivata un'email con oggetto:"Bestellung Nr. 2001725479583" che mi ha confermato la stessa escursione per 50€ a persona (totale 100€). Finora ho ricevuto solo l'addebito di 70€ e spero che la seconda email sia solamente un errore. Per quanto riguarda l'escursione, questa si è invece svolta benissimo con una guida competente e preparata. Quindi giudizio ottimo per l'Agenzia Martulli che ha organizzato la visita ma non buono per Tiquets che ha gestito il pagamento. Silvio Pitacco
