Terrible
It allowed me to book a time even though the entire block surrounding Willis tower was shut down due to a helicopter lift.

I never made it on time due to getting pulled over multiple times due to the type of car that I have (Durango ) which I know get stoled a lot in downtown..especially on a busy valentine day...
