Please exchange your printed or smartphone ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10:00 and 18:00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers.

  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

The service and journey was great. The only issue was that having booked and paid for online I had to then get a physical ticket at a specific place to board a boat. Seems strange given that the...
