These official guided tours are available during the day and last approximately one hour with an opportunity to enjoy the collection in your own time before or after the tour.
  • Head through the Getty entrance (groups entrance) and go through the security barriers
  • You will then head inside Annenberg Court and the tour will depart close to the information desk on the right-hand side
  • Do not head into the main entrance of the gallery, this is for public and not booked tours
  • From 10th May 2025, tours will begin at the Sainsbury Wing, the National Gallery’s new main entrance located on Trafalgar Square (WC2N 5DN)
  • Customers should make their way up the stairs to Level 2
  • Tours will start across from the audio desk, and meet your guide by a Meeting Point tour sign
  • The guide will be wearing a National Gallery Official Tour Guide yellow badge
