Excellent
A very good and economical way to get around Rotterdam for a couple of days. The tram, bus, and Metro subway systems are easy to use, as is the Rotterdam Welcome Card.

I got good use out of the travel card but only did two things on the list of attractions. So I don't know if I got enough value out of the whole deal.
