We got there 20mins early and had to wait standing(this was worse part) however the did leave on time so if you are late you will be left. Our guide was Louise, very friendly, informative and...
We got there 20mins early and had to wait standing(this was worse part) however the did leave on time so if you are late you will be left. Our guide was Louise, very friendly, informative and attentive. Showed our where to go and led us through security to the 2nd floor

It was rather spooky. The 1st session was a bit repetitive, too many people and too dark to move round comfortably in the 2nd section, 3rd section was the best and most varied.
