Pünktlich und sauber! Der Herr am Schalter wusste nicht direkt etwas mit der Tiqets Buchung anzufangen, konnte dann aber geklärt werden

Vor Ort weiß niemand etwas mit der Tiqets Buchung anzufangen. Wir wurden trotzdem auf das Schiff gelassen. Alles in Allem etwas durcheinander und unentspannt!
