amazing view. photos very organized. one concern is the lack of a carry home bag after buying souvenirs. The cashier wanted $5. This is not a good policy. Just fyi

If you come to Chicago, you gotta go to the sky view at Willis tower! It is amazing! I recommend going around dusk! When the city lights up it’s amazing! Well worth the price of admission!...

The ticket specifically said there was a souvenir glass included as well, when I mentioned that the bartender chuckled and mentioned they haven’t had that for a long time. That’s fine, but I would recommend revising what is included for the up charge, so it’s not misleading.
