About: Hosier Lane
Located on the southern edge of Melbourne's CBD, Hosier Lane has 'hip' written all over it – probably literally somewhere. Known for its graffiti-decorated facades, this famous bluestone laneway is the best place to admire the street art that's made the Melbourne urban art scene stand out across the world.
Local and international artists can often be seen creating wonders on the walls using everything from paint, to paste-ups, to installations, stencils and murals. Don't forget to cross into Rutledge Lane, known as Hosier Lane's sister gallery.
