This late Georgian mansion was built in the 1770s by Wills Hill, the first Marquess of Downshire. It's now the official Northern Ireland residence of the British Royal Family. Hillsborough Castle is close to Belfast and makes for a fun family day trip out of the city.

You'll find it next to the Titanic Slipways, the Harland and Wolff Drawing offices and Hamilton Graving Dock, which is the place Titanic herself was designed, built, and launched in 1911.
