Getting the ticket on your site was easy enough, but there should be an opt-out for the audio as not everyone, such as me wants that. Furthermore, even though I had the ticket to use audio it did not work on my smartphone, an Android. Even the gate staff tried to help to no avail, so if my ticket price was was extra (??) with the audio I should get a refund.

Bus new and comfortable. The road up is narrow, steep with tight switchbacks. Driver handled it with ease. The trail/road up from the parking lot is persistently moderately steep. The surface is mostly volcanic gravel and sand with some larger chunks of volcanic debris. Once at the rim the trail is mostly level with some ups and downs. We didn’t have time or energy to go all the way to the end. There are stairs to reach the last bit. There was no sign of volcanic activity the day we went.

Very easy and no problems with complete information provided in advance of purchase.
