Excellent value. A map of where everything is would have been very helpful rather than having to get the phone out each time in very crowded streets. Having both bar-code and QR code on the emails seemed to cause confusion at the reception desks though it was sorted each time. Beautiful city.

About: Gruuthusemuseum
The Gruuthusemuseum's renovated halls showcase magnificent gables, while the museum features a new concept with special collection items waiting to be explored.
Inside, you'll find a variety of fascinating objects such as majestic tapestries, colorful stained-glass windows, elegant wooden sculptures, historic lace, Burgundian manuscripts, and Chinese porcelain.
Each item narrates a unique story about Bruges. Don't miss the highlight – an authentic late 15th-century oratory linking the palace to the Church of Our Lady, providing a view of the Gothic chancel. The balcony offers a fantastic perspective of some of Bruges' most beautiful spots, including its renowned bridge and the Museum of the Church of Our Lady.
Visit the Groeningemuseum and discover the beauty of the Flemish Primitives, featuring artists like Hugo van der Goes, Petrus Christus, and Gerard David. Notable pieces include Jan van Eyck's 'Madonna with Canon Joris van der Paele' and Hans Memling's 'Moreel Triptych'.
The Choco-Story Bruges is a museum on all things chocolate, located in building called De Croone, which was once a wine tavern in the 15th-century. It's easy to reach on foot in Bruges.
