Excellent
They were very flexible and supporting. Our train was delayed and they waited for us despite it was later than the agreed time. Good service, friendly people. Recommended

Terrible
Was not picked up at the location even though i waited for 30 minutes. Contacted Tiqets and filed a complaint. They contacted me after the complaint and told me the driver was there but no proof....
Was not picked up at the location even though i waited for 30 minutes. Contacted Tiqets and filed a complaint. They contacted me after the complaint and told me the driver was there but no proof. I was not called or texted by the driver. Therefore i had to take a taxi for €20 to get back to my hotel. Not satisfied....
