Led by an expert chef, you'll take a stroll through the Central Market, gathering fresh ingredients for your meal. The chef will teach you how to recognize high-quality foods and help you pick out the perfect ingredients for your dish.

Once you've collected all the ingredients you need, head back to a professional kitchen just a few steps away from the market. Here, you'll learn how to prepare fresh homemade pasta from scratch, create sauces to accompany your pasta, and even whip up a dessert.

Vegetarians are more than welcome, and any dietary restrictions or allergies with advanced notice can be accommodated. After you've finished cooking, you'll enjoy a delicious meal accompanied by two glasses of Chianti wine.
