Good
Host was lovely. She knew her stuff and added to the audio. Loved that she didn’t wait for anyone late. I’ve been on tours where we’ve waited for 1-2 people and we’ve lost out on tour time.

Terrible
The guide spoke terrible English, first we moved very slowly, then we were put into fast forward mode. The whole experience was appalling.
