Visit the world's largest indoor jungle, Jungola. Start at the Butterfly Temple with hundreds of butterflies. Sail the Rimbula River where elephants might swim near your boat. Hear the rainforest sounds and see tropical birds. Look closely to spot ring-tailed lemurs, black lemurs, and vari. Enjoy climbing and scrambling on the Jungle Trail.

If the Jungle Trail isn't enough, head to Animazia, the XL indoor play area for young adventurers. Play on rope bridges, in treehouses, and on slides. Use the sandbox and pull the boats across the water. See tropical fish, sea turtles, and naked mole rats.

Join a safari truck adventure. Watch savannah animals like rhinos, gnus, and zebras. You might even see a young giraffe with its family.

Cool off in Nortica, WILDLANDS' polar region. See polar bears, penguins, sea lions, and seals. Ride the Arctic 1 for a virtual flight over ice caps. Don't miss the young beavers in Nortica's sawmill.

Getting There

• By car via A37, N381, N34. Parking spots are available close to the park for a charge. To get to the car park P-Zuid [P-South] of Q-Park, enter the following address into your navigation device: Ermerweg 28, 7812 BG Emmen
• Train to Emmen Train Station + 15 minutes walking or bus from the Train Station to Holdert (3 stops) + 3 minutes walking
• Bus to Emmen, Holdert. On the Qbuzz buses, with any adult traveling with an OV chip card or Eurocard, up to 3 children aged 4-11 can travel for free.
