Downtown Aquarium Denver has a parking lot located across the street from the facility, which takes both card and cash.
If you plan to dine at the aquarium restaurant, the restaurant will validate your parking pass if you eat after 6 PM. Please bring your parking card into the restaurant with you.
Yes, you can bring in outside food and drinks into the aquarium. However, the following items are prohibited in the garden area:
- Hard and soft coolers
- Bottled water
- Glass containers
- Food (such as sandwiches, meals, snacks etc.)
- Off-premise alcohol
Additionally, you may not leave the Downtown Aquarium with alcohol that was purchased at the aquarium dining areas.

Our girls loved the Aquarium. Their favorite part was seeing the sharks at the end, and getting to touch the Stingrays and Jellyfish. Took about an hour to get through it all, so not long at all!

Brought a friend from Minnesota and she loved it. I especially enjoyed the mermaid show. Delightful and the kids were so excited. It was fun to watch them.

Our visit to the aquarium was very enjoyable. Not very crowded, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the meal we ate at the restaurant was very good.
