Excellent day - well worth it. We had trouble finding the right bus at the starting point because there were so many and ours had no markings to indicate it was ours.

Our tour guide/driver, Flavio, was fabulous! He had so much knowledge about the palace and ensured we were comfortable the whole time. He made it fun too.

After some initial issues around the start time (the tour has a duration of 8:20) but Tiquets app thinks that’s the start time) everything went perfectly. This is an amazing place to visit. Our guide Leonardo was an incredible fount of historical knowledge. His English was perfect as was his driving. Plus he is just a decent solid guy. We were in a van and this size of a group is recommended. You don’t want to be caught up in a large tour here. There is a lot of walking. So wear your good shoes.
