The driver arrived on time and was very helpful throughout the situation. However, when we got there, there was no ticket for me. The QR code from the Tiqets app didn’t work, and my name wasn’t on...
The driver arrived on time and was very helpful throughout the situation. However, when we got there, there was no ticket for me. The QR code from the Tiqets app didn’t work, and my name wasn’t on the list. I had to buy a new ticket and entered the show late. After the show, the driver kindly refunded me the money I had paid for the new ticket. Even though I didn’t end up paying twice, it was not a pleasant experience overall — but the driver handled it very well.

Visiting the Pyramids of Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis was already a breathtaking experience, but what truly made it exceptional was our incredible guide, Ahmed. From the very beginning, Ahmed was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. This wasn’t just a tour – it felt like a journey through time. His passion for Egyptian history was contagious, and he brought every site to life with fascinating stories and detailed explanations. He answered all of our questions with patience and insight, helped us navigate the more touristy areas with ease, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times. The organization of the tour was smooth, the pacing was perfect, and the included lunch was a great touch. But above all, it was Ahmed’s warmth, expertise, and charisma that made this day truly unforgettable. I would 100% recommend this tour – and if you can, request Ahmed as your guide. He’s simply the best!
