Excellent
Ticket easy to exchange and both tours were brilliant. The bus drivers were particularly lovely, helpful and funny. The bus tour gives you time to hop off briefly for the Little Mermaid which was perfect.

The tour is fine, nice experience and lots of information. Still there is no time schedule for the bus, you don't know how long you must wait! Also no clear info on boat tour ( where to take it)....
