我们有8个人在约定地点时间等导游，8个人来着不同国家和民族，导游一直没有出现，一个小时后我们重新买票进去参观了

Très déçu, car nous ne parlons et ne comprenons que le Français, et on nous obligé d'aller dans un groupe avec un guide en Anglais. Nous n'avons donc rien compris de la visite.
