Excellent
Worked great easy to use.you have to purchase ahead anyway since you need a reservation. Unfortunately very busy with 2 bus tours. They had a reservation time why did they let so many in at once?

Excellent
it was easy to order a ticket for the castle with audio guide via Tiqets. The ticket was on my smartphone and easily be checked by the employee at the entrance.

We just loved this experience! It was our favorite Chateau of all. We highly recommend visiting Chenonceau and staying in Amboise. Great ambience and food.
