Excellent
Zac was fantastic. Very friendly, told us loads of historic facts and got us through the queues swiftly. Highly recommend him.

Better to get your own advanced tickets. The free wi-fi kept going off so impossible to listen to complete audio. Tour Director was slow and unorganized.
