Excellent
Timed entry was great at minimizing crowds. It felt kind of empty so you could enjoy the exhibits without fighting crowds. I hope they keep this system permanently.

the zoo was beautiful and workers were kind. the area is clean, and there is both a cafeteria and a coffee shop. the exhibits are well-kept, and animals seem happy. overall great atmosphere and experience

Excellent
It made for a great day at Central Park. There's already so much to see, but the zoo package pushed the experience to 5 stars.
