Poor

We tried to use the audio guide for the Castel Sant'Angelo but we found it a problem (difficult to use - not user friendly). We rate the audio guide a 1 or 2. Needs to be easy for all age...

We tried to use the audio guide for the Castel Sant'Angelo but we found it a problem (difficult to use - not user friendly). We rate the audio guide a 1 or 2. Needs to be easy for all age groups, even for people in their early 70's who were professional engineers & computer scientists. Other than that the Castel was a 4-5. The Panteon was a 5 in experience and audio. Our problem with this experience was getting the ticket. The ticket office is at least 10 minutes from the Pantheon on a small side street that took our hotel desk clerk 3 minutes to find on a Hop on Hop off bus map.

Excellent

The ticket transfer office is about 15 minutes away from the Pantheon on a little side street that is poorly marked on the Hop on-Hop off bus maps. Should have it located closer to Pantheon.
