How to lose €38 very quickly - book this taxi transfer. It didn’t show up at the airport. We waited for at least 20mins after the agreed pick up time; we didn’t receive any communication. We tried talking with the 24hr AI chatbot but it was useless. Finally at close to midnight, we took a local airport taxi.
