  • The time slot you booked at the moment of purchase is for the guided tour in the Parlament district tour. There will be another time slot that you will have to book, to enter the Reichstag building
  • You will receive an email with a link to reserve a time slot for the Reichstag after your purchase. Make sure to select the guided tour
  • Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point, at the entrance of Futurium (Alexanderufer 2)
  • Your guide will be holding a sign with "Führung Reichstag" on it
  • In clear weather, you'll meet outside the entrance, otherwise meet inside in the entrance area
  • Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected time slot
  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

Terrible
Ich habe für die Exkursion bezahlt, aber sie war auf Deutsch!! Der Guide sprach kein Englisch! Aus diesem Grund haben wir nichts verstanden und das Geld wurde bezahlt.
