Excellent
This was definitely the most beautiful basilica we saw while we were in Rome. The self-guided audio information was very easy to use and well worth the money.

Awesome experience! Received the sacrament of reconciliation, prayed before the cresh of Jesus Christ and prayed before the tomb of Pope Francis!

Poor
Poor interaction with staff who were very rude and let large groups jump the queue. We were given audio guides in German when we are clearly English abd had no opportunity to change them.
