This was a very convenient way to access the main mosaic sight and churches in Ravenna. The QR-codes came directly after purchase and everything was super easy. And there was an option for a cancellation insurance at a small fee, so it was not any risk of buying the ticket in advance.

The information given with the ticket was incorrect so we went to the wrong venue and we had a bar code whereas only a QR code was accepted so we had to queue at the ticket office and were made to...
