Fabulous park but get there early as many visitors arrive. It was well worth the trip. There are many areas to relax away from the crowds too. We walked to the highest part first and walked down....

Definitely aim for the first slot of the day. Head straight to the main viewpoint before the crowds and then you have the whole of the rest of the park to enjoy at your own pace. It really is lovely.

Nothing can prepare you. Sagrada Familia is beyond words. The size, the colour, the detail. Every time you look you see something new. If you see just one thing whilst in Barcelona, you must see this.
