Good morning Our experience at Atlantis Aqualand was catastrophic!
In fact, we arrived at the entrance to the park at 10 a.m. even though the activity is 15 minutes away. We didn't know that we had to come 15 minutes before, we hadn't planned enough time. At reception the park did not want to postpone the activity or refund. No understanding!
In addition, we did not benefit from a free second day on the pretext that we did not do the experience the same morning even though we all had to pay! This is unacceptable ! What mentality revolves only around money and nothing else.
The victims are the children during this school period.
We have high expectations from this visit and experience. But ultimately the day was catastrophic.
We are staying until Thursday inclusive.
If you simply return us on our second day that we have paid this dispute will be resolved. Otherwise we demand reimbursement.
Fully expected before noon today.
