The place is just what you imagined when you pictured yourself enjoying a perfect evening in Lisbon: nice food, excellent performers, unbeatable atmosphere. 200% recommended!!!!

I've been to the Associacao many times in recent years and have always thought the musicians, singers, food and service was terrific. This time I felt something was off. The service was wonderful (we had a top-notch waiter who paid special attention to us) but the food was underwhelming as were the singers. We still enjoyed the experience but I was personally disappointed it wasn't as stellar as usual.
