The train staff are polite while also being quite humorous. The tour guide is very enthusiastic and always tries to meet all the customers’ needs. I now understand why they have a 4.9-star rating...

I now understand why they have a 4.9-star rating here. In my opinion, they deserve 10 stars. The wide variety of complimentary drinks is also a very commendable point. ⭐🚆🥤

It was a great experience with Berta and Ties. The guides were full of great stories and perfect mood. The atmosphere was really cosy fillled with delicious cheese and wine.
