Poor
Driver was not helpful, which meant we were dropped off at the wrong point and had to get a taxi to the hotel Did not rebook for return journey, used a taxi instead.

Terrible
I would not recommend using tiqets to buy a bus ticket, I ended up not using mine and couldn’t because I had issues downloading the pdf ticket onto my phone.

The driver didn’t show up. We had to chat with customer service, had to pay for a taxi and now have to wait for a refund
