While this would be a nice thing to do on a normal day, this is NOT a thing to do in Winter. They use open top buses even when the weather is 0°C, so even if you're in the bottom part of the bus you freeze during the tour. They offer a few blankets, but they're not enough for everyone, and most of them were filthy in our bus. Everyone in our ride was suffering and shivering from the cold, regardless of where we were seated. At least there should be a visible disclaimer about it before purchasing tickets.
