Guide to Alcatraz was very knowledgeable. However, organization was quite chaotic, with three large groups leaving at the same moment, so were late leaving and had to rush for our allotted time....

we had hard time getting the tickets. only mirecal that the lady at the naturanda office made happened. thank you the lady that worke at the office and we didn't asked your name.

It was a terrible experience. The guide didn’t have our names on her list. Therefore we didn’t get our tickets and have not been able to visit the Alcazar of Seville. I am requesting full refund.
