Poor guidance for collecting your ticket at the airport. We didn't know that the subway ticket was collected from the same person who would grant us access to the transfer. This was never explained and we were left looking for a ticket counter to collect the ticket, causing us to waste a lot of time! Poor guidance for returning to the airport. It was also not explained to us that the last time to take the transfer leaving Termini to the Airport was until 8:30pm, which is absurd in a tourist city for this to be the last time for a transfer!!!! We were just told that it was usable until night. Conclusion: we arrived at the bus stop at 10pm and lost our money, having to buy a train ticket to get to the airport. We observed that the lack of guidance and identification is common, as we saw other reports also commenting on the same problem. Bad experience, I will never use it again when I return to Rome.

Tout s'est très bien passé à l'aller comme au retour. Explications données claires, nous avons en montant dans le bus à l'aéroport récupéré directement nos pass 72h compris dans le pack
