I was unable to download and access the audio. Consequently the tour of Mamertime prison was poor. All the signs were in Italian or Latin. I was able to download and use the audio guide for the Roman forum and Paletine Hill. It worked ok for me.

The prison itself was great. The customer service was confused and they managed to make a process where all you need to do is show you ticket into a 30 minute wait.
