There was no accurate location provided as the starting point. There was no support number to contact, nor was there a support office available. After an hour of searching, we missed the tour.

We had an excellent guide. It was hard to find the way it worked, as we didn't know where to go to start the tour. It turned out we needed to go inside the prison office and they had a list with...
We had an excellent guide. It was hard to find the way it worked, as we didn't know where to go to start the tour. It turned out we needed to go inside the prison office and they had a list with our names, then we had to wait in the chapel for our guide. The entrance to each attraction was fast, it was really worth it.
