El sistema de contratación es pésimo y muy poco claro para el consumidor. Contraté el tour en español, pero la guía que se presentó no hablaba español. Nos comentó que su empresa no oferta tours...
El sistema de contratación es pésimo y muy poco claro para el consumidor. Contraté el tour en español, pero la guía que se presentó no hablaba español. Nos comentó que su empresa no oferta tours en español. Estoy COMPLETAMENTE SEGURA de que al buscar el tour lo hice con la opción en español ya que viajamos en familia y nuestro nivel de inglés no es homogéneo. Está claro que la intervención de varios intermediarios en la contratación complica el proceso y no beneficia ni a los turistas ni a los guías y que hace el proceso de contratación poco seguro. En nuestro viaje a Roma contratamos otros 4 tours guiados y no tuvimos problema alguno. No volveré a contratar a través de este portal. He de decir que la guía fue super amable y que hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano para salvar la situación.
