- 在巴黎地下墓穴的正门外，向你的导游出示你的智能手机票。
- 请不要排队，也不要进去，请直接到大门口，您的导游会在那里等您。
- 请在您选择的时间段前15分钟与您的导游见面。
- 迟到者将不被允许进入会场（没有导游不能进入），门票将不予退还，也不能修改。
- 轮椅或行动不便的游客无法参加此行程
- 地下墓穴地下20米/ 65英尺（或更高），有些地方隧道较窄
- 此行程不适合有心脏或呼吸系统疾病的游客，或患有幽闭恐惧症的游客
- 隧道可能比较湿滑，即使在夏天，温度也可能保持在14°C / 57°F
- 一次只允许200名游客进入隧道。如果达到了最大容纳人数，地下墓穴的工作人员将保留在入口处排队的权利，直到有足够的空间时
- 延迟时间不超过5分钟（小团）
- 参观前72小时可以取消门票。
- 出行时间的72小时前可更改时间。

We went to a meeting place we thought was Cafe Oz on the very large city sqare. Nobody seemed to know where the catacombs were located. We finally found them after 20 minutes and ended paying our own admission. The audioguide was excellent. We met the guide at the end of the tour. He tried calling us but we had no phone or Internet connection.

Belangrijk om te weten: als je aankomt bij de entree moet je even buiten wachten op de gids (je kan dus niet zo naar binnen).
